It's understandable that life gets busy and plans can change! To ensure we can offer appointment slots to everyone who needs them, we have a 24-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost may apply. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged at the full session rate.
For our insured patients, please note that any treatment costs or missed appointment fees are paid directly to the clinic. You can then use your receipt or proof of treatment to claim reimbursement from your insurance company.
